Finally a Meal Plan Use

I can cook but dont like taking the time to figure out what to eat this week then doing the grocery list. This plan gives me low-carb options and a choice of meal plans. Grocery shopping is a breeze. Getting some variety and eating healthy. Two thumbs up.
